Athletes On the Field, Angels in the Community We need your help to enlist a team from your school to sponsor one month of an ICEE machine's operation. The cost to sponsor the machine is $250. We also ask that members of the sponsoring team create a care package that may contain a get well note and pictures of the team and players. Angel 34 will provide your team with the name and address of the contact person at your hospital of choice. A list of teams will be posted on the web site and an Angel 34 Team Card will be sent in your team's name to the local hospital for that month. The board of directors of Angel 34 will then send a certificate of participation to your school identifying your team support of children battling cancer. Sponsors can be made up of players from a single team or you can combine players from multiple sports. For example, captains from several of your smaller teams could join together to form a sponsorship. An enrollment form and brochure is available for download here. Thank you for your support! Support Bracelets available!!
