September is National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month
Help us spread the word by joining in one of our national campaigns, becoming an Advocate, participating on one of our events, becoming a Corporate Partner or donating to help us find a cure. With your support, we can instill hope in the millions of lives affected by Childhood Cancer. There are several ways to get involved and make a difference. So whether you have a lot of time or hardly any time...each and every one of us can make a difference in a child's life. Whether it is participating in an event, serving as a volunteer, signing a petition, making a donation, becoming an advocate, a sponsor or purchasing a stuffed animal to give to a child in need, collectively we can bring hope to millions of children and families that find themselves fighting the ultimate fight against childhood cancer. Donate Become an Advocate Angel 34 and our national and regional advocate supporters play a vital role in keeping the issues of childhood cancer in the forefront of our nation's decision makers and influencers. It is through their unwavering support and action that we continue to make inroads in legislation, advancements in research, funding and in the minds of our nation. Childhood Cancer remains the number one disease killer of children, yet there has not been a new drug developed specifically for pediatric cancer treatment in nearly 20 years. You involvement helps ensure that every child has an angel in their fight against childhood cancer. Through your event participation Angel 34 continues to make a difference in our mission to raise awareness and funds for the fight against childhood cancer. Host an Event/Become a Fundraising Partner Thousands of children and adults alike have supported the fight against childhood cancer by hosting an event in their school, community or organization to raise funds and awareness. If you would like to host an event or are interested in discussing a campaign or fundraising initiative in your area on behalf of Angel 34, please contact events@angel34.org for inquiries or support. Funds generated from events, product sales or campaigns can be donated to Angel 34 and are tax deductible. Become a Liaison or Communication Representative for your school, corporation, organization, city, state or region Our Angel 34 liaisons and representatives are an integral part of our mission to spread awareness and bring hope and healing to millions of children and their families. Our goal is to become an active part in all of our nation's communities spreading awareness and helping provide support to those families battling childhood cancer. National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month is a great time to engage with us to increase awareness of children under the age of 18 fighting cancer and to the needs to increase treatment options, provide hope and support to those fighting the disease and to finding a cure.
